Individual Leasing - this means your student is only responsible for his or her portion of the rental amount unlike signing a conventional or joint and several leases.

Community/Resident Assistant Program - we offer events for students to mirror the on campus lifestyle but give the freedom of off campus living.

Roommate Matching - we match roommates up to students with similar needs and lifestyle. Each resident completes a roommate matching profile to determine the residents best suited to room together.

Fully Furnished - all of our apartments are fully furnished to make your transition to apartment living as seamless as possible. There is enough space in our apartments to add personal items to make it feel like home.

Security Services - dedicated onsite security provides courtesy services, noise complaints, and emergency response. Our building has controlled access entry and is equipped with a state of the art camera system.

Renter's Insurance - Renter's insurance provides coverage for your student’s personal belongings, whether they are at home, car or with your student while on vacation. In addition, renter's insurance provides liability coverage in case someone is injured in the apartment or if your student accidentally causes injury to someone. In an effort to ensure a safe living environment we require all residents to carry an active renter’s insurance policy. For convenience purposes you can enroll at www.residentinsure.com and take advantage of the group rate or feel free to bring in documentation of your own policy prior to move in.
